Add the closest match, or the nearest van-size load if it's easier — the price only ever moves down once we see it, never up. For anything genuinely unusual, send a photo instead and we'll price it directly.
Yes — hit "Start again" on this page any time before you book to rebuild the list. Once booked, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll adjust the job before the day.
Morning, afternoon or evening, picked when you book — not an all-day window. We text when we're on our way, usually about 20 minutes out.
You're paying in full at booking, so please list what's genuinely there — the quote is priced from what you tell us. If it's honestly different on the day, message us afterwards and we'll take a look, though it isn't an automatic adjustment.
You're refunded in full except the cancellation fee shown at checkout (25% of your total, minimum £20) — any time before your slot, no separate "free window" to worry about.
