Repeat customers

£10 off your next booking, applied automatically once you have had a completed collection with us. It is matched by the phone number on your booking, so there is no code to remember or sign up for.

Refer a friend

£5 off for them and £5 credit for you once their job is complete. Your code is shown on your booking confirmation.

Business accounts

Per-yard rates fall with volume, from £25 to as low as £15 a yard on a scheduled weekly route.

How the discounts work

The repeat-customer discount only counts jobs that were actually completed. A cancelled or unpaid booking does not qualify.
It stacks with a referral discount, but no discount ever takes a booking below the £69 minimum charge.
It is applied when you book, and shows on your booking confirmation.
You can see your bookings any time at My account, which signs you in by email link, with no password.

Trade and regular customers

If you clear waste regularly (letting agents, landlords, shops, offices and sites), a written rate card is agreed against whatever you pay now. Rates hold for twelve months, with no minimum term and no exit fee.
