What we collect
Discarded needles and syringes found in gardens, alleyways, communal land, vacant units or a former squat, and sharps turning up during a general clearance — anywhere on land you're responsible for clearing.
Specialist collection
A needle sweep of a garden, alleyway, or vacant unit is not the same job as a rubbish clearance, and we don't price it like one. Send a photo of what you've found and roughly where, and we'll come back with a time and a fixed price — usually the same day.
How it works
WhatsApp or upload a photo of what you've found and roughly where. No site visit needed to get a price.
Takes a couple of minutes
A real person prices the job from your photo — from £150 for a single area, more for a larger or multi-room job — and confirms a time.
Usually within hours
Sharps-safe containers, logged under the correct hazardous waste code, area decontaminated before we leave — included in the price, not billed separately.
Often the same afternoon

We're not a registered healthcare waste contractor. GP surgeries, care homes, dental practices and pharmacies need an ongoing clinical waste contract for their own sharps bins, not a one-off sweep — that's a different regulatory arrangement to what we provide.
How it's priced
Our published £39 + £22 a cubic yard formula is built for volume — furniture, bags, bulky waste. A sharps sweep is priced on the job itself: how much has been found, and where it is. Send photos and we'll come back with a fixed price the same day, no site visit needed unless you'd rather have one. Decontamination of the area afterwards is included in the price, not billed separately.
A single room, small outdoor area, or a limited number of visible needles — handled same day alongside our normal crew and van.
A full void property, larger communal areas, or a moderate outdoor space with more to clear. Priced from your photos before we come out.
Extensive outdoor sites or multi-room properties with significant contamination, needing a full team. We take these on — we just need to see it first.
FAQ
Yes. Sharps are logged and disposed of under the correct hazardous waste code, the same as any other hazardous item we collect, by a registered waste carrier — licence CBDU497669.

Usually same day if you get in touch before mid-afternoon. Send photos of what you've found and roughly where, and we'll come back with a time and a price.
No — we collect and clear needles and sharps that are already down. We don't supply ongoing sharps bins for a premises; if that's what you need, a healthcare waste contractor is the right call, not us.
Keep people and pets away from the area and don't attempt to pick anything up yourself. A photo tells the crew what to expect before they arrive.
No. Registered healthcare premises need an ongoing clinical waste contract with a specialist provider. We cover sharps found on domestic, business and public land.
